The National Meteorological Service has issued the weather forecast for the Valley of Mexico, including the State of Mexico, for Wednesday, March 5, 2025. A warm to hot day is expected in Mexico City, with temperatures ranging between 28 and 30°C maximum and between 12 and 14°C minimum. Additionally, the wind will blow from a variable direction at a speed of 10 to 20 km/h, with possible gusts of up to 45 km/h.
On the other hand, in the high areas of the State of Mexico, cold temperatures and the possibility of isolated rains will be experienced. These rains could generate humidity conditions and some scattered showers in the region. It is expected that during the afternoon, the environment will become warm to hot, with temperatures exceeding 28°C in certain areas.
Although no significant precipitation is forecast in Mexico City, isolated rains are expected in some regions of the State of Mexico due to the influx of moisture from the Pacific Ocean and instability at mid-atmospheric levels.
During the morning of March 5, there will be scattered clouds and haze, creating a cool to mild environment in the region. In the State of Mexico, the rains will be isolated with accumulations between 0.1 and 5 mm over a 24-hour period, which could generate strong gusts, especially in areas near mountainous regions.
It is advisable to take precautions such as staying hydrated, avoiding prolonged sun exposure, and using sunscreen due to the warm conditions expected.
